The App force Closes
This could be for a variety of reasons that are beyond my control and understanding.
I would suggest uninstalling the app and reinstalling after closing all other running apps.
A factory reset of your phone and reinstalling the app has also worked for someone.

My Brigade is not included
E-Mail me your Brigade, Rota Pattern and a day it should start and I will get an update sent out.

How do I edit or delete events?
This can only be done by editing or deleting events in the actual calendar.
This is for legal reasons that I wont go into.

The app wont let me create my own rota.
Yes it will, You're not trying hard enough.

Why don't you answer any of my messages?
I can only reply to e-mails I'm afraid, this is for a few reasons that I wont go into.
I will ALWAYS reply to any e-mail that I am sent.
You can also contact me via twitter and facebook but this may not be instant as I rarely look at them to be honest.

Will the app really last forever?
If it works on your phone now it will work on that phone forever.
I don't know what the future holds with regard to phone technology any more than you do.
Hopefully it will work for many years to come.

Can the app really do any shift pattern?
It can do any pattern that repeats itself.

Why can't you answer my question in explicit detail?
I probably don't know the answer in explicit detail.
Please understand that I am not a professional App Developer for Android or iPhone.
I am a fireman that couldn't find what I wanted on the market so I thought I'd have a go myself.
I had a lot of help from many people getting the apps you see to where they are now.
